Woellner Faces Competency Hearing

Kristine Woellner of Merrill has another date in court, on November 22nd; Woellner will have a competency hearing to see if she can stand trial on a heroin overdose case from October 5th of this year.

Woellner is accused of injecting another woman with heroin causing an overdose. Authorities say the woman needed medical attention and Woellner left her in a Merrill gas station rest room and then left.

Kristine Woellner charged with delivering heroin, 2nd recklessly endangering safety, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and bail jumping. She remains in the Lincoln County Jail.
