Baumann is free on a $5000 signature bond and has been ordered not to have contact with any of the families involved, not to consume alcohol or enter a drinking establishment. According to the police report, Baumann’s blood alcohol level was .15 which is almost twice the legal level. The crash reconstruction team believes; on the night of the accident, the four women left the Dugout bar at about 2am, at about 3am police and EMT’s were dispatched to Alexander Street. The vehicle had skidded off the roadway and rolled several time ejecting 3 of the occupants. Investigators have determined the car was going over 90 miles an hour when it left the roadway.
A pre-trial conference is being held in July and then to trial will start on Friday December 13th of this year. Glitch’s’ parents, Edward and Jean Glisch, are seeking monetary damages and have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Baumann and her insurance company.
