As a result of the accident, a 56 year-old male driver was transported to St. Mary's Hospital and is deceased. The name is being withheld pending notification of the family. Oneida County Deputies along with EMS, Stella First Responders, and Pine Lake First Responders responded to the scene.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office and Oneida County Medical Examiner's Office are continuing their investigation into the events surrounding the fatal accident.
