The first happened Sunday morning on Wausau’s north side when the shop named "Condition One", reported a back window smashed and several guns stolen. The second break in was to Statton’s general store on Highway 8 near Highway 51 in Tomahawk. The owner reported a break in sometime Tuesday morning when thieves shatter the stores front window and got away with about 30 guns.
Sheriff’s investigators are using surveillance video as part of the investigation and are currently looking for 3-people in connection with these burglaries.
