Bobb Bergman
On Wednesday the parents of an eleven year old child came to the Sheriff’s Office to report their child received unwanted text messages from his school bus driver.
The bus driver, Bobb Otto Bergman was located Thursday morning and arrested as he began his bus route. Bergman was brought to the Lincoln County Jail.
On Friday a criminal complaint was sent to the Lincoln County District Attorney charging Bergman with exposing genitals to a child, exposing a child to harmful material, causing mental harm to a child, and stalking. All charges are felonies.
At a bond hearing on Friday Bergman received a $10,000 bond from a Lincoln County Judge with $1500 of that bond required to be in cash. As of Friday afternoon Bergman posted the cash portion of the bond and was released from the Lincoln County Jail.
The investigation into this matter is ongoing.
