First Snow Storm of the New Year

A Winter Storm Watch in effect from late tonight through late Thursday night... Including the cities of Rhinelander, Crandon, Merrill, Tomahawk, Antigo, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point
The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a winter Storm watch. which is in effect from late tonight through late Thursday night.
* Snow will begin tonight...becoming heavier Thursday morning.
  The snow is expected to continue through Thursday night.
* five to eight inches of snow are expected.
* The combination of snow and gusty winds will lead to poor road
  Conditions and hazardous travel.
