It didn’t take long for Family Birth Center Staff at Ministry Saint Clare’s Hospital in Weston to produce its first baby of 2012.
After ringing in the new-year with their family, parents Ason Adiloski and Kristine Meyler-Warlow of Merrill left their home shortly after 1 a.m. on New Years Day. Braving snow-covered and slippery roads, they followed a snowplow south from Lincoln County arriving in Weston at about 2:30 a.m. for the trip that normally takes about 30 minutes.
Baby Senajahn (pronounced Sa-nigh-en) was born at 5:59 a.m., checking in at 8-pounds 1-ounce and 20-inches long.
It’s not the first time that Meyler-Warlow has delivered on a Holiday. One of her other children was delivered on Christmas Day and another on Valentines Day. Mom and baby were resting comfortably on Sunday afternoon, taking in the Green Bay Packers regular season finale against the Detroit Lions on TV.
