March 3 - The Aluminum Show at the Grand Theatre in Wausau April 10 - Sport and Home Show - Come see what Merrill businesses have to offer at the MARC April 16-18 - Central Wisconsin Concertina Festival - Over 100 Concertina Artists with continuous music and dancing held at Les and Jim's Lincoln Lanes April 27 - Ladies Lifestyle Expo - Evening of socializing, seeing the latest fashion, and other useful information May 22 - Run United - 3k and 10k competitive run or 3k Fun Run/Walk - Proceeds benefits Merrill United Way June 7 - Merrill Chamber Golf Outing - Chamber members putt a'round June 11-13 Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo - Professional rodeo performances, vendors and other activities at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds June 13 - June Dairy Breakfast - Breakfast at the MARC center - Proceeds benefit FFA Alumni Scholarship Fund Throughout the Summer - Movie in the Park -NEW event to Merrill. A family movie will be played in one of our parks June 18-20 - Central WI Polka Festival - Toe tapping, polka fun! Food; camping available at the MARC June 21 - FRABAAWR - Great Annual Bicycle Adventure Along the Wisconsin River - Overnight in Merrill July 3 - Thunderdown in the Underdown Bike Race - Solo or teams compete on 8-mile course for 3,6,12 hours July 4 - Independence Day - Fireworks display and activities at the MARC July 9-10 Garden Walk 2010 - Offering tours of Merrill area gardens July 14-18 - Lincoln County 4-H Fair - Rides, 4-H displays, food and entertainment at the Lincoln County Fairground August 6-7 - Relay for Life - A time to celebrate those who have battled cancer, remember those lost and get inspired to fight back by raising money for a cure at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds August 6-8 - MDA Softball Tournament - Firefighter Annual Softball Tournament at Ott's Park August 11 - Crazy Daze - City-wide sidewalk sales event, food, crafts and activities August 7-15 Fuddfest - Country music festival; full weekend of fun.
